PRODUCT/FURNITURE DESIGNER

Full time. Based in EVA NATASA™ studio in Ubud, Bali.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
1. Responsible for designing and developing product/furniture
2. Translate ideas of your own and/or other designers and initial concepts into products/furniture
3. Have a broad range of knowledge about raw materials and are able to design and develop products/furniture from start to end
4. Capable to express ideas, creativity and knowledge
5. Support of the product development
6. Ability to do 3D drawings and rendering
7. Ability to do technical drawings

 
GENERAL REQUIREMENT:
 
1. Team player attitude
2. Self-motivated, pro-active, solution and detail-oriented
3. Fluent in Indonesian and English in professional level
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketch up
5. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator an InDesign is a plus
6. Proficiency in Rhinoceros is a plus
7. Have a good market and area knowledge
8. A positive attitude with helpful mindset
9. Holds driver’s license (SIM A and C)

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Full time. Based in EVA NATASA™ studio in Ubud, Bali.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
1. Perform market research and prepare regular status updates
2. Assess potential new clients, projects, regions; and strategy for proactive outreach
3. Define the strategic goals, consistent with the brand’s philosophy that will guide all business development activities
4. Collaborate with the team to strategize marketing initiatives
5. Coordinate press activities in conjunction with the brand’s external consultant
6. Manage and use contact database to maintain client and collaborator relationships
7. Receive inquiries for new business, collaborate with team member to strategize responses, and manage the preparation of responses
8. Represent the brand at major trade shows and professional exhibitions
9. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
 
GENERAL REQUIREMENT:
 
1. Self-motivated business development manager preferably with previous experience in a similar role for a design/architecture firm.
2. Proactive in building long-lasting client relationships.
3. Confident in performing market research, developing new business strategies and reporting.
4. Experienced with customer relationship management databases
5. Three to five years of BD experience working in a direct-to-client capacity
6. Excellent verbal and written skills
7. Graphic design/in design skills a plus but not essential
8. Strong interest in design
9. Fluency in written and spoken Indonesian and English
10. Holds driver’s license (SIM A and C)

MARKETING & SALES OFFICER

Full time. Based in EVA NATASA™ studio in Ubud, Bali.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
1. Gain and maintain expert knowledge of our product offerings and company history
2. Generate sales
3. Generate quotes, follow up potential sales
4. Track orders to ensure a smooth order and delivery to final destination
5. Handle all customer’s inquiries via Instagram, emails, telephone or online application (WhatsApp, line, etc)
6. Communicate with the team to resolve customer issues and other requests
7. Assist in executing and hosting events for the brand
8. Meet or exceed annual sales goal
 
GENERAL REQUIREMENT:
 
1. Strong communication skills and team player attitude
2. Self-motivated, pro-active, solution and detail-oriented
3. Fluent in Indonesian and English in professional level
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
5. Proficiency in digital workspace (Zoom, Google Workspace)
6. Have a good market and area knowledge
7. A positive attitude with helpful mindset
8. Minimum 2 years of commercial experience within fashion, lifestyle and/or furniture.
9. Experience in merchandising is a plus
10. Knowledge about the furniture, lifestyle and/or fashion industry is a plus

STUDIO ASSISTANT

Full time. Based in EVA NATASA™ studio in Ubud, Bali.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
1. Oversee daily operation and of the studio
2. Do weekly or monthly scheduling and planning for the studio
3. Keep the studio organized and run smoothly
4. Assist the creative director
5. General studio administration
6. Do Ad Hoc tasks with various complexity
7. Willing to travel to other cities if needed
 
GENERAL REQUIREMENT:
 
1. Multi-tasking with good organization
2. Self-motivated, pro-active, hands-on, solution and detail-oriented
3. Fluent in Indonesian and English
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
5. Proficiency in digital workspace (Zoom, Google Workspace)
6. Flexible in terms of assignment and workloads when required
7. A positive attitude with helpful mindset
8. Eagerness to learn
